How is this? I will be going back to the old yellow later.

Bluey is crazy, spouts non-sequiturs, and is all-around weird. He isn't nessesarilly stupid; he just has the thought process of a little kid. Because of this, Bluey is kind of innocent; it therefore isn't a good idea to assume he knows what you are talking about.

Bluey is an electric type. He can manipulate electricity, and can discharge it from his hands, cheeks, or even his tail!

Bluey can also fly by flapping his ears, making him a valuable flyer. He is the Fly-Leader of team Vaporshock.

It's very good; don't see anything wrong. I like the colors and all.

Reply Muddykip64, July 30th, 2012, 1:40 pm

@Kenny the fox: Yay.

Reply Muddykip64, July 30th, 2012, 1:50 pm

Problem: What do I do for hands?

Reply foxpuff, July 30th, 2012, 1:53 pm

@Muddykip64: Try using Tails' arms?

Reply Kenny the fox, July 30th, 2012, 1:54 pm

@Muddykip64: Mmmm.. I suggest gloves with a color that can go with blue (Green?), maybe with some decorations.

Reply Muddykip64, July 30th, 2012, 1:55 pm

@foxpuff: I don't really like tails' arms. I don't know why. I'll try them anyway.

Reply foxpuff, July 30th, 2012, 1:56 pm

@Muddykip64: It was the only thing I could think of.

Reply Muddykip64, July 30th, 2012, 2:17 pm

@foxpuff: Yeah. Thanks anyway.
@Kenshi (too lazy to type your username): I don't know how to make arms. I want to make them custom, but I don't know how.

Guys, I can't make arms. Bluey can't be finished.

Reply Kenny the fox, July 30th, 2012, 3:49 pm

@Muddykip64: First draw a line (color should be bright) in the shape of the arm position you're looking for. Then you remove all the unnecessary pixels, and recolor the line with the arm color. Then you add anti-aliasing (Darker pixels on the corners of the line, and if it still looks thin you can add more) and you're done.

Hopefully that helps.

@Muddykip64: Use E-102's arms.

Reply Muddykip64, July 30th, 2012, 8:12 pm

@Kenny the fox: I was doing that already, but it sounds easier now that you said it.
@DryKirby64: I will probably be doing what Kenshi said.

@Muddykip64: I know. I'm just kidding. :p
